ケララ州のヒンデゥー教はどうやら、ベーダからバラモン教、釈迦の説いた仏教に至り、途中で西洋のキリスト教の概念をアレンジして、ベーダの神々に変わり、現在のその土地特有のヒンデゥーの教えが根付いたようですね。

その陰で、規格からほんの少し外れたものや、傷がついたものがたくさん破棄されているという現実があるのですが。そして、少し市場価格が下落したために破棄されるものも、、、
諸外国と違い、今の日本では物の価値が大きく違ってきているように感じます。
そして、大阪の言葉。あまり普段聞きなれていないとビックリしてしまいますよね。
人によってはなかなかきつい言葉ように聞こえるし。
いきなり、「あんた、こえがあかん」なんて大きな声で言われた日には、、、心中察して余りあるものが。

でも、大きなお世話を承知で申し上げれば、確かに少し体重を増やされたほうがよろしいかとも思います。世界的に見ても日本の若い女性は一見してぽっちゃりのように見えても実は痩せているのだとか。今は健康でも、年齢を重ねるごとに影響が出てくるとか。
体質によっても太っている人、痩せている人がいらっしゃいますから、一概には言えないかもしれませんが。無理なダイエットは体によろしくないと思います。
野菜や果物のようにたしかに見た目の綺麗さも大切かもしれませんが、中身で勝負!、味で勝負!という心構えで、三佳さんも鹿児島まるかじりハンター就任の絶好の機会を生かして、鹿児島野菜・果物をたくさん、たくさん食べてこんなに太りましたー、って、ふくよかぽっちゃり三佳さんを皆さんにお披露目されてみてはいかがでしょう。

三佳さんがもし、農薬や化学肥料が気になるのであれば、作物自体や葉っぱに不自然に白いものが汚れのように広範囲に付着していたり、地面に不自然な白や灰色ぽい小さな丸いものが広範囲に散らばってる、などで大雑把ですが農薬などのの使用が分かると思います。そして、葉っぱや果実が異様に立派できれいだったり、虫の食害の痕のあるなしでも参考程度には判断できるのではないかと思います。

人は美しい花が咲いるときだけ美しいと言って観賞するけれど、植物たちは花が散ったあとの新緑の季節も、夏の暑いときも、秋の紅葉の時も、冬の落葉の時も一年を通して頑張って生きている。
本当に大切なものは目には見えない。いや、見ようとしない、見ようと努力していないのかもしれない。他のものに目を奪われて。他のものに心を奪われて、、、言い訳がいっぱい。
まだまだ寒い日が続きますが、木々の芽が少しずつ動き出してきました。
こちらでも、ほんの数輪ですが近所で河津桜が咲いているのを見つけました。春はもうすぐそこなのでしょうね。人は寒い寒いと言っていても、木々たちはちゃんと春の訪れを知っているのですね。
三佳さんのように何気ない桜の営みに目を向けることは素晴らしいことだと思います。
本来、人は小さな喜びを見つけるだけでも、幸せになれる生き物だとか。
三佳さんもこれからどんな花を咲かせられることでしょうか。どんなに小っちゃくても、とても美しい花を咲かせられることだと思います。
カメラ、随分と古いカメラやお馴染みの白い相棒、そしてなにやら本格的な高性能そうな新しい相棒。ちょっとオリンパスのサイトを覗いてもいかにも本格的な感じ。
カメラのことは素人ですが、三佳さんもいよいよ達人の領域に達して来られたのですね。
なにせ、すごい先生たちもいらっしゃることですし、ね。
私もカメラはじめてみようかなぁ。
どうか新しいカメラのOM-D君、三佳さんの相棒として旅先では三佳さんのお供をしっかりと、してあげてね☆

南インド・ケララ篇楽しく拝見させていただきました。
今回の旅は辛くも酸っぱくもあり、なおかつ体に良い美味しいものをたくさん召しあがられた旅となられたのですね。
美しい南インドの風景と、歴史ある街並みが印象的でした。スパイス園も素晴らしかった。
そして、なによりも拝見させて頂くたびにお美しくなられていく三佳さんの笑顔、そして「おいしい!」の言葉が聞けてよかった!(^^)!
バレエに加えてヨガもしなきゃなりませんね。
改めまして、80回目のご出演おめでとうございます。
